pH is a user-friendly method, pH can and should be considered for commercial individual use of spoilage detection because of its low cost and ease-ofincorporation. Although pH tests have less than perfect accuracy, they are still reliable indicators of milk shelflife. Theoretically, this method can replace expiration dates as measures of milk spoilage.
